- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 pound pecan halves
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- Preheat oven to 250 & grease a baking sheet (you don’t want the pecans to stick!)
- Whip the egg white & water in one bowl and mix the sugar, salt and cinnamon in another.
- Dip the pecans in the egg whites & coat them evenly
- Toss them in the sugar bowl and coat them with sugar.
- Place the nuts on the baking sheet and spread them out
- Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
